The demand for gluten-free products has seen significant growth in the UK over the last few years and looks very much set to continue. Indeed, Coeliac UK has reported that the catering industry is missing out on an estimated £100 million a year by not catering for people with coeliac disease and their friends and family.
In addition to being sought after by diagnosed coeliacs, trends are showing that gluten-free products are increasingly being chosen by consumers for other reasons such as suspected gluten intolerance and are attracted by the health benefits that are reportedly associated with a gluten-free diet.

Made with chunks of Scottish salmon and potato rosti, blended with dill and coated with a seasoned light crispy gluten-free batter flecked with parsley.
Thai-Style Cod & Prawn Fishcake
A blend of succulent cod and prawns, potato rosti and subtle Thai spices. Coated in a light crispy gluten-free batter with paprika flakes and parsley.
A delicious jumbo fish finger made using prime MSC cod fillet, simply coated in crispy gluten-free breadcrumbs with a subtle hint of lemon.
Smoked Haddock, Mozzarella & Spring Onion Fishcake
This traditional fishcake with a contemporary twist is made using a delicious blend of smoked haddock, creamy chunks of mozzarella, spring onions and potato and then coated in crispy gluten-free breadcrumbs flecked with oats.
