Buying specialist Lynx Purchasing has been named a Super Supplier 2014 by Peach Pubs. The award was announced at the annual Peach supplier party, held at the James Figg pub in Thame, and marks the second year in a row that Lynx has won a Peach award.
Peach has built its reputation on offering high quality fresh, seasonal food with a strong focus on British sourcing. Lynx Purchasing has worked with Peach since its first pub opening 12 years ago, sourcing products based on Peach’s exacting specificationsas well as negotiating prices with a range of specialist suppliers.
With Peach now operating 16 pubs, Lynx director Rachel Dobson works closely with the chefs across the business, to help ensure that the pub menus offer the highest quality produce, while also maintaining the required margins.
