The one-off fundraising event will take place on Monday 1st December at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London and has been supported by Condé Nast Johansens, Sapori D’Italia and Oranka Juice Solutions.
Nathan Outlaw, recently named AA Chef’s “Chef of the Year” and owner of two Michelin stars for Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, one Michelin star for Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, Port Isaac and one Michelin star for Outlaw’s at the Capital will kick-start the proceedings with a starter.
Simon Hulstone, owner of Michelin star restaurant The Elephant and twice UK representative in the Bocuse d’Or will take over the reins to create a main course. Meanwhile master patissier and star of Channel 4’s Glamour Puds and Baking Mad Eric Lanlard will prepare the dessert. Each of the chefs will be present on the night and will oversee the menu preparation.
Outlaw said: “I’m really excited to be cooking with Simon and Eric; I know we’re going to have a great time. It’s going to be a fantastic night and all for such a good cause. Tickets are already selling fast so I would urge you to book your place as soon as possible!”
