BrisrotThe rapidly-growing independent French restaurant group, Bistrot Pierre has announced an additional site in its growing portfolio in the up-and-coming town of Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield.

The news come weeks before the Bistrot Pierre group prepares to open its 16th site in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare on September 9 and shortly after it launched a bistrot in the heart of Birmingham in July.

Situated in Mulberry Walk, a £20 million leisure and retail development, Bistrot Pierre is replicating the Newport site, which remains one of the group’s most successful bistrots since opening in November 2015.
