The nationwide operator of premium cocktail bars and restaurants, Revolution, scooped the best ‘City Bar Dining’ award at this year’s annual Menu Innovation and Development Awards (MIDAS) on 9th March 2017.
A team of mystery diners and judges with experience of multi-unit disciplined menu operations, had been tasked with deciding the winners in each of the 28 categories, including City Bar Dining which Revolution triumphed.
The Revolution brand is driven by a premium proposition of experimental cocktails, coupled with a menu of contemporary British and Stateside classics including pizzas, burgers and wraps. The Revolution portfolio now boasts 67 sites including Southend-on-Sea, set to open next month.
