Adam Byatt, chef-patron of Trinity, Upstairs at Trinity and Bistro Union in Clapham will cook alongside head chef of the Greyhound on the Test, Chris Heather, on 13 October to produce a five-course meal.
On 8 December, double Michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge of the Hand & Flowers and the Coach in Marlow will cook with the Greyhound on the Test team.
All proceeds raised from both evenings will be donated to the Alex Lewis Trust, a charity that helps to fund Alex’s rehabilitation, a devastating life-changing illness that caused him to lose his left arm and both legs.
Lucy Townsend, owner of the Greyhound on the Test, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming Tom and Adam into our kitchen for what we are sure will be two very special evenings and we really appreciate all the support they’ve given to my partner Alex.”
